In this week's episode, we discuss more about Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). BPD and NPD are Cluster B disorders with overlapping traits like a need for validation and unstable relationships. BPD, stemming from attachment trauma, features fear of abandonment and emotional instability, while NPD involves grandiosity and a lack of empathy due to extreme parental influence. Effective treatments include various psychotherapies and sometimes medication. Generally, individuals with BPD are more open to seeking help compared to those with NPD.
